RPG Deals 10/23 – 10/29

The Holiday Season of Blockbusters begins, but it’s an week of older games for sales.

Best Buy.com is offering Dragon Age II and Dragon Quest IX for $20 apiece.  This deal appears to be mostly online, but some stores may be offering the price.

Until 10/25, GameStop is offering Rift for $10.

And all this week, Amazon is offering Rift for $9.

Castlevania: Harmony of Despair is 600 points until October 31 on Xbox Live.

While not strictly RPG related, Sony has put out a 7.1 headset for $100.  For K-Mart Rewards members, buying Battlefield 3 will net a $20 coupon for gaming and $30 bucks off one of these headsets.  I only bring it up because several RPGs have very nice soundtracks that would be enhanced by such a device.  It’s also much cheaper than a 7.1 setup (as I am sadly learning).

One more ting about K-Mart – many of K-Mart’s best deals are not listed in the newspaper.  In fact, the are mostly announced via their gaming blog.  Just put gamer.kmart.com into your browser.
