Banpresto and Flight Plan, the names behind the Summon Night series, are developing a new strategy RPG called Poison Pink for the PlayStation 2. Despite its lipstick-like title, Poison Pink primarily involves the summoning of demons for battle.
Three main characters were initially announced for Poison Pink. Teeji is a selfish girl who seeks to collect the “ultimate poison.” Orifen is the leader of Baldamian kingdom’s calvalry, searching for his fiance?, the princess Rinashe. He is greatly troubled by her disappearance and his immense duties, making him irritable when he is normally a carefree individual. Harsh is a promising young priestess, well versed in white magic and held in high esteem as one of the most gifted in her order.
Poison Pink is projected for release in Japan in the spring of 2008.
