EverQuest 2 goes free (kinda)

So missed the 6 year old MMORPG known for its “hot” mascot? If so, you’re in luck, my friend, because starting yesterday players can experience the depths of Norrath without a subscription with the release of SOE’s new free adventure service, EverQuest II Extended. SOE has liberated portions of  EverQuest II, for free.
