Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch review (PS3)

Janelle began Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch some time ago. A hundred hours later, the end credits have rolled and the review can go live. We don’t use numbers for reviews anymore, but this is our equivalent of the famed “10 out of 10,” and only the fourth game to get the rating at RPGLand. Here’s RPGLand’s Ni no Kuni PS3 review.

While we’re all waiting for the PS3 version of Ni no Kuni to arrive in North America and Europe early next year, Janelle has reviewed the DS game. Sounds like a total bummer that the rest of the world missed it.

Level-5 shows off Ni no Kuni for PS3

The DS version of Ni no Kuni has been out for over a month now (and Janelle is loving it), so Level-5’s new focus is the PS3 installment. Here it is being shown off and discussed on NHK’s “Top Runner.” Lots of gameplay footage and Japanese people being all like “Heeeee!” as required by Japanese TV laws.

Ni no Kuni (DS) hands-on impression…again

I was fortunate enough to be able to revisit Ni no Kuni at the Level-5 booth this year, before it hits store shelves this Christmas. The demo I played last year was there again, Level-5 added a new scenario with more game mechanics, and had real copies of the Magic Master spellbook on hand to be used with the demo. I had a great time with last year’s demo, so I was looking forward to more Ni no Kuni. Sadly, the demo experience didn’t hold up as well this time around.
