By Russ | February 15, 2010 at 9:59 pm
The Valhalla Knights series of games has featured consistent game play across its titles. This made Valhalla Knights 2 kinda dull. See what happens when stuff is added in this re-release with RPG Land’s Valhalla Knights 2: Battle Stance review. Does it make the game more accessible, or more of the same?

Sands of Destruction review
By Heath | January 29, 2010 at 7:19 pm
Yeah playing this game twice is something I don’t recommend to anyone ever. It’s not my thing personally, but I think some people will enjoy it if they don’t go into it with stupidly high expectations. Here’s the review.

Saluting 10 Years of Dreamcast RPGs
By Heath | September 9, 2009 at 11:04 am
People change every day, in monumental or in hardly noticeable ways. As the 10th anniversary of the Dreamcast is upon us, I’ve been looking back at 10 years of Dreamcast RPG reviews. Doing so, I have discovered that I, Heath Hindman, may be a mediocre reviewer now, but years ago when first starting out, I was awful. I mean holy ####.

Reviews: Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, World Destruction
By Heath | July 15, 2009 at 10:39 am
At first I thought about writing dickish half-previews of these games that don’t tell you anything, but then I was like, “What the hell, it’s only once in a lifetime we get to JOG AT THE MOON,” then finished them to write these reviews. I live to serve, kids. Remember that.
*World Destruction (to be named Sands of Destruction in America) import review.
*Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (to have the same retarded name in America) import review.

Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard, reviewed
By Michael | June 25, 2009 at 12:24 pm
Guest reviewer, Timothy Olsen recently reviewed Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard for RPG Land. Here is the results.
For those who fondly remember the days of yore when the only story one needed in a game was the hook “Your party meets at a tavern,” this game delivers a truly wondrous dungeon crawl. For those expected a story to be told and characters to identify with, not even this game’s musical score will save the player from the unholy amount of tedium and pain they will face. The chance to overcome this game’s dungeon is the only reward Etrian Odyssey II offers, so players should judge their tastes before making a purchase.
