Yeah a lot of these bled into the 90's and that's where a portion of their memory will come from, but whatever.
Whenever I could find it on, I enjoyed a good showing of G.I. Joe. Hell yeah. Though the Turtles gave it a good run for its money. I had all kindsa figures and memorabilia. |

I have to vote Turtles because that was probably the only show of those that I was able to watch on TV in the early 90s. I had a couple episodes of other things on VHS tape (lol), but I saw Turtles over the good old antenna on Saturdays.
Care Bears wasn't actually as bad as everyone gives it crap for. At least the series I remember in the 80s.
Oh and Silverhawks > Thundercats.
And where the crap is DuckTales?

The movie industry spent the money developing Beverly Hills Chihuahua instead.
And Turtles rocks face. I really need to get around to watching the shittons of it I have on DVD. I've got pretty much everything they released so far. There's an episode where Shredder wears a pink shirt. That was pretty f---ing amazing.

Oh hell yes.
I remember the one where Conan's wizard buddy combined his powers with this awesome dragon claw or something, and Conan was able to see his mom's face become not-stone for like 5 seconds, so she turned and smiled or something. But then the wizard man couldn't keep it up, because the process was too exhausting. A tear-jerker, that episode. |
