It's not enabled. It hasn't been for at least as long as you've been a member here, if not longer.

That account was manually activated (I basically had no choice, because there were no giveaways--no homepage link, seemingly harmless email address, and no giveaway interests like "internet poker.")
Atfer deleting all of his posts and deleting his account, I needed one remaining post to snag the IP and ban it. I simply forgot to delete that last post, as I was in quite a gurry this morning, and possibly still fighting off last night's NyQuil. Then I had NyQuil for breakfast. Also lunch.

Tim, perhaps this is cause to finally install one of those things where you have to type the letters in an image box to register? Please? This manual activation is getting kinda tiring.
