1st Panel
Narrator: "And again I find this strange silhouette in my office relating some tale of woe in his strange tongue."
2nd Panel
Narrator: "And again I could not move, again I had to listen to the dark stranger's indistinct blabbering; paralyzed."
Narrator: "Another day I could accomplish no work; my task now to understand this phantom. My eyes were fixed upon his solid shadow."
3rd Panel
Narrator: "The door knob teased me. Exit three feet away. Unreachable."
Narrator: "Not it's sight. The knowledge of it's existence."
4th Panel
Narrator: "This thing spoke more and lost more of it's human image. Or rather, gained an inhuman one, this monster...."
5th Panel
Secretary: "Oh, have I gotten taller? Mr. Dominic, there is a call for you!"
Phone: Brrring!
Narrator: "I could hear my secretary call for me. I could hear the phone. Yet I was helpless. I felt...small." _________________ "What's that powder he's putting in our dinner?" |

Kafka didn't make films ...
He wrote books.
The Metamorphosis, The Trial, etc. _________________ I do what I can. |

I usually confuse him with Frank Capra who directed It's a Wonderful Life. They're like polar opposites in feeling, guessing from what I've picked up about Kafka without having read his books. _________________ "What's that powder he's putting in our dinner?" |
