It was more a comment about how LiQuid is with recent games. I haven't actually heard of him liking a recent non-handheld console release longer than a week. I'm just saying I'm not going to switch to the 360 version on the off chance that I'll have a decent sized posse for about a week.

How recent are we talking here? I still play Modern Warfare 2 religiously. I've played through Borderlands a total of maybe 6 times altogether, including 4 trips through 2 of the 3 DLC's. I've played FIFA 09 and 10 extensively for months. Super Street Fighter 4 is the latest nightly obsession, but I've been playing Magic The Gathering and Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 on XBLA often. Also, even though I hated it, I sunk about 80-100 hours into Dragon Age. But I'm trying to repress that.

As a matter of fact, aside from Pokemon and most recently DQ4/5, my DS had been collecting dust almost a full year while I was playing my Xbox 360 almost exclusively. I'm not really sure where you're getting your information on my gaming habits but it's not valid.

Also, I think it might be time to retire Wein's chittyshittybangbang forum stuff. He doesn't really even post often enough for the mockery to be worthwhile...

Ed: Oh yeah, I forgot about Assassin's Creed 2. Not only did I play through the game to near completion, but my save got corrupted on the last level, so I played through it again immediately afterwords.

eeeeewwwww

And recent to me is 1-2 months ago. I buy at least 1-2 games each month.

Also, I apologize. I didn't realize how much you played on your 360. I remember you being pissed about Assassin's Creed, but I think that's the last thing I remember you posting about for 360 before RDR came up. Nonetheless, unless something like crippling framerate drops or absolutely busted on-line come out for the PS3 version, I'll be sticking with that one.

You've obviously never played Pokemon.

I remember you saying you never battle pokemon... you just breed and collect them.

Sounds carebearish to me.

I won my moderation appeal on Gamefaqs. It amazed me that they even read my argument.

If I was given that kind of power, I'd ruin lives left and right.

NPC's named "Gamefaqs Mod" are once again safe.

I have decided that if you are able to hog tie people I am going to hog tie a woman and leave her on train tracks. I don't think I would ever want to play another game ever again if this is possible.

You can hog tie people. I'm pretty sure that's how you can collect a bounty on an entire gang if you want to bring them in alive.

You'll need a mustache to match that villiany, you cad.

Take, for instance, the sorts of things you can do with a lasso. You gain this little tool during a mission that teaches you the ins and outs of breaking a wild horse, but you can aim the rope ring at people, too. I went to the saloon and found a prostitute, hog-tied her and then slung her over my shoulder to take for a ride. She didn't take too kindly to this treatment, screaming out obscenities like, "There are other ways to a girl's heart, you ass!" along the way. I responded by leaving her on a train track.

I posted earlier and asked if anyone knew and no one said they knew about it. I was at work and saw copies in the back and took pics. Last pic is of the 360 box.

See, the problem with ustream links is that usually, when they're not on air, it's kind of hard to figure out what the hell it's supposed to be. That's where a description could come in handy.

At any rate, thanks for that link. Because of it, Ustream recommended I visit the channel of some random Japanese guy and three of his friends playing Street Fighter, I started conversing with them and they had a katakana translator thing, and I sent Darion in there to fight them on my behalf since my Xbox is currently down. He went 3-0 against them with Cody but then lost while using Dudley for yuks. All the while, we were conversing with them live, and he was responding to all our weird comments. It was the best half hour of internetting I've ever done!

IGN review is for 360 and 1up is for ps3.

IGN's review is well written, but sounds like the guy, unfortunately, got a glitchy review copy.

1up review is written by an apparent frat boy who is trying to sound like too much of a badass to actually give you info about the game itself. On the plus side, his disc seemed perfectly fine.

Scott Sharkey, a fratboy? Are you effing kidding me? Watch his whiteboard series. That guy is one of the only true talents left at 1UP.

Just FYI, I am liable to shit myself from hype. Gamestop said my copy is going to be available at midnight tonight... I'm SERIOUSLY thinking about going to pick it up. I've been going to sleep super early lately though, so I dunno how much time I'll get out of it right away.

I got my text from Gamestop yesterday too. Not going to the midnight sale since I've got work in the morning.

I don't have to work super early or anything. I'm just usually seriously thinking about going to sleep at around midnight since I stopped getting pass-out drunk nightly. It doesn't help that I live 20 minutes from Gamestop now (f---ing suburban sprawl can lick my hairy asscrack). Still thinking about it though. I'm jonesin like Jones is.

I have work in the morning but at gamestop right now as they've begun haring it out, tomorrow is my friday and idont have to wake up till 8:30. I traded in a ton of ds games I never play because of my r4 and some old xbox350 games. Oh and x-cross, cause that wa one of the worst games ever made. So now I just have to get through tomorrow at work with a little fever and I'm good to play for 3 days straight (almost). Crap my turn, haha sukers!

I might be picking the game up during my lunch break. I have off tomorrow so a night full of whiskey and video games ahead of me. The only problem is that I have a study group thing at work after I leave for the day so I have to go back for an hour so I can't really start drinking until after 5pm. Kinda sucks but I have a lot of night and all of tomorrow to play this thing.
