| Quote: | | So why does Armada of the Damned have so much promise? First and foremost, this game isn't forcefully based on one of the movies. |
Check out the screen shots if you get a chance. The settings and graphics look like this game has some potential to not suck horribly. Then again, it all really comes down to gameplay. _________________ "The teen passed out during the ceremony and the town decided to drown the cow." |

The first Pirates of the Carribean game was originally a new Sea Dogs with the title Pirates of the Carribean slapped on it.
Good game either way. But I haven't played a Pirates of the Carribean game that was like that first one. _________________

I heard the first Pirates of the Caribbean game was a lot like Sid Mier's Pirates. Which isn't a bad thing at all. _________________ "The teen passed out during the ceremony and the town decided to drown the cow." |

I think it was just a little bit better.
Definitely had more RPG elements than Sid Mier's Pirates. It was a very unforgiving game as well. Ask Solice about that. _________________

I had one but gave it to Youngberg. That game was really really fun. It was kinda like the Morrowind of pirate games. And you could straight up get fijucked in that game really early on by screwing up your crew or ship. I know I had to start over two or three times before I fugured everything out. Oh and storm will straight up kill you at sea like New Horizons. _________________ "True to the bullet pith on the enclose, Rocksmith allows you to beat the drum for legitimate hither any electric guitar into the proprietary USB chain that comes with the encounter..." - NEERGENCE, 12/02/2011 |

This new one seems kinda cool. Anyone who plays as a heroic pirate is a faggot.
I'm going to make "Dread Pirate" Roberts right off the bat. _________________ "The teen passed out during the ceremony and the town decided to drown the cow." |

Yeah it was pretty bad. They rushed it out the door. There was a lot of bugs. It just needed a little more testing and possibly a little more polishing which this mod does so I am gonna check it out. _________________

Reading through that it sounds like they fixed a shit ton. Let me know how it is and I may download that bad boy and set sail to wield my two swords of furry once again. _________________ "True to the bullet pith on the enclose, Rocksmith allows you to beat the drum for legitimate hither any electric guitar into the proprietary USB chain that comes with the encounter..." - NEERGENCE, 12/02/2011 |

What the fuck is wrong with you?
It sounds like you've got two swords of people dressed like animals. _________________ "The teen passed out during the ceremony and the town decided to drown the cow." |

I like to think that he's wielding two furries to deal death among his enemies. I know I would run if I saw a guy charging me while flailing about two people dressed as a fox with bat wings and a lizard-dog hybrid (or whatever). _________________

Strangely enough that is exactly what I meant. With my trusty anthropomorphic idiots at my side I will vanquish the hated Spanish fleet. _________________ "True to the bullet pith on the enclose, Rocksmith allows you to beat the drum for legitimate hither any electric guitar into the proprietary USB chain that comes with the encounter..." - NEERGENCE, 12/02/2011 |
