Man, what a deceptive title. Anyway, I was washing bottles last night and took off my wedding ring. I forgot to put it back on this morning and now I've spent all day at work with it off for the first time in 4 years. It's a weird feeling having it off for so long. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever had a feeling like that.

Not really. I tend to go out empty handed a lot, I don't mind it. Short of actually being exposed, I tend not to feel naked.

I literally can't leave without my wallet because it holds my 2 keys I need to get back inside. I don't use any of the other items.

Now that I've finished the 1st semester of school I feel weird not going to my classes though. I practically hard-wired my schedule into my brain.

I'm guessing two that whole engagement/wedding ring combo thing, just another thing people have been convinced they "need"

That post went from "quick explanation" to "sounding like a douchebag" really fast.

Yeah, I completely wrote that looked at it, thought nah it doesn't need to be there, but then wrote it back again to try and sound funny. Live and learn (and then get luvs)

Other: Wallet, hat, keys, and cell phone. Wallet, keys, and cell phone are safety net things; I rely on them for my well-being. The hat is also one such a need, learned from a period when my hair was so short my scalp got sunburned without one.

It took me a month to get over quitting watches, and a few weeks after cutting my hair to finally give up hair bands on my wrist.
