Zenimax Media, parent company of Bethesda Softworks and more recently id Software, recently acquired another feather in their hat, Arkane Studios.  Arkane studios is a smaller studio mostly known for developing Arx Fatalis and Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Fallout 3, now with aliens!

By Michael | July 16, 2009 at 9:47 am

Western RPG classic Daggerfall becomes free download

By Heath | July 9, 2009 at 9:19 pm

After years of being pined after and re-re-rediscussed (in places including our own forums), Bethesda Softworks has made Daggerfall a free download. There are some disclaimers, however, including the fact that since the game is ass-old, there are no gaurantees it will work with a given machine and Besthesda can’t be providing tech support for a 13-year-old, now-free game. Download it and/or read up on how to (probably) make it work on your machine right here.
