Level-5: Screw this, let’s make a soccer RPG

Level-5, known for titles like the recently released Jeanne d’Arc and upcoming White Knight Story, announced recently that it also has a unique DS RPG in development.
Entitled Inazuma Eleven, the RPG will feature a soccer team as its main characters and, duh, soccer as a central theme to the battle system. This is not just a soccer game with hit points, though, as the game is said to feature a growth system and exploration. Fans of game music will recognize the name of Inazuma‘s composer, Yasunori Mitsuda. Check below for some media or dig the streaming trailer at the game’s official website.
