Crisis Core Special Edition announced for PAL territories

A longstanding complaint from gamers in PAL regions has been the extra wait time for game releases. In the case of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, the wait comes with a purchasing bonus. Perhaps attempting to quell the PAL gamer’s urge to import the game and play it on their region free PSPs, Square Enix will be offering a preorder bonus to those in PAL territories, in the form of a special edition art book and flashy slipcase. Exactly which retailers will have this item may be dependent upon one’s country of residence. Crisis Core will be released stateside on March 25 and in Europe later this year.
