RPG Deals 9/27 – 10/3

It’s a week of system deals and new release benefits.
There are a few deals doing on this week. Target is offering a $5 gift card with the purchase of Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days.
Actually, if you’d like to catch up on Kingdom Hearts, both PS2 titles are $9.99 used at GameStop. A little searching might be able to net these titles for the same price new, however.
Toys R Us is having a buy 1 get 1 50% off on certain titles. Many of the titles are new releases, and KH: Math and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 are among them. Toys R Us is also offering a $20 PlayStation Network card with the purchase of a PSP Go – an excellent way to pick up a few RPGs like Final Fantasy VII and maybe Valhalla Knights. Final Fantasy Tactics was also recently released on the PS Store.
The Wii’s price has recently dropped to $200. It’s not the best system for RPGs at the moment, but it does have Muramasa, Dragon Quest Swords, and Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. Upcoming titles such as Arc Rise Fantasia, Monado, Fragile, and even Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicle: The Crystal Bearers do look good, though.
A recent jaunt to Costco showed new release titles for around $52 for a $60 game. If there’s a membership handy, taking advantage of it will save $8.
That’s all for this week. Happy Hunting.
Disclaimer: Deals may not be available in all stores. Prices in each store may differ. You can try different stores to mitigate this, and always ask if a store has it before writing them off. You might be able to get a raincheck. A lot of these deals are in-store only, except where specified.
