RPG Deals 4/10 – 4/16

By Russ | April 10, 2011 at 11:55 am

Mostly odds and ends this week, though Rift, Pokemon and Borderlands crop up with deals.

Easter is a couple weeks away, and at least in my part of the world parents treat it like the second coming of Christmas.  Some decent deals should pop up next week.  K-Mart looks to have a good deal for next week lined up.

Buy Pokemon: White or Black at Toys R Us this week and get Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia or Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness for $5.

Champions Online is $10 at Wal-Mart.

Best Buy is Eternal Sonata on the PS3 for $20.  Amazon.com has the same game for $17.

Borderlands: GOTY is $20 at lots of places.  It’s part of GameStop’s Power Saver Sale, but also this price at Best Buy.

Amazon.com is having an Easter sale.  Pokemon: Black and White are $30 apiece, down from $35.  Blue Dragon: Awakened Shadow for the DS is $20 this week – a good price for the game, which has yet to see a price drop.  Rift on the PC is also $35 during this sale.

Additionally, Rift is $40 at GameStop during the PSS sale.

Ys Seven, Oath in Felghana, and Lunar: Silver Star Harmony are all $20 on the PSN store at least until Tuesday evening.

That’s all I have for this week.  Happy Hunting.

Disclaimer: Deals may not be available in all stores. Deals may stop and any time.  Prices in each store may differ. You can try different stores to mitigate this, and always ask if a store has the item before leaving the store. You might be able to get a raincheck. Many deals are in-store only, except where specified.  This column brought you by the stagnant smell of dog hair. Yuck.
