RPG Deals 12/18 – 12/24

The last week before Christmas – if you’re buying online, start paying for two-day or overnight shipping.
You know – if you care about receiving it before Sunday. If you do not, take advantage of all the deals and enjoy not spending the extra shipping dough.
SkyRim and Dead Island are $40 each this week at Toys R Us. TRU also has a buy on game, get a second title 40% on all games under $20.
K-Mart is offering a $15 coupon when customers buy Star Wars: The Old Republic. SkyRim is also $50 this week.
Dead Island is $30 this week at Target. $30 might as well be the game’s new price after the holidays.
My advice this week is to enjoy yourself as much as possible. Kick back with a movie or game after your daily troubles and relax. I honestly do not believe the Christmas season is about giving or doing good or any other 1950’s advertising campaign. This is a stressful time of year for many people, either due to the demands of work or the demands of family. It’s why the first advice of the season is always to order your crap online – because it’s the easiest way to go about taking care of business.
The point is, find ways to keep yourself relaxed if this is not going to be an easy holiday for you. All I can provide are money-saving tips to lighten the load on the wallet. Take the day off this holiday hopefully gives you, and spend it doing what you want or with family/friends/nakama/waifu/whatever matters most. Just have some fun.
And relaxing does mean downloading DC Universe Online‘s massive install and then attempt to log on. Since the game went free holy crud has it been busy.
