RPG Deals 2/12 – 2/18

For all the decent titles shipping this month, there seems to be jack in the way of deals.
Amazon has Dragon Quest V for $15 at the moment. Dragon Quest IX is $20.
Newegg is offering a $48 pre-order on Mass Effect 3 until the end of today.
The best deal this week will be taking time to go do my taxes. I suggest you do the same, since it will be money back to you quicker.
