RPG Deals 9/18 – 9/24

One blockbuster third person shooter is to be released and the RPG deals are nowhere to be found.
The incredibly rad team bromance known as Gears of War 3 is released this week, and all other game deals take cover. Even the deal listed below is a missed holdover from the PSN update Tuesday.
Until Tuesday morning on the PSN store, where Persona and Person 3 Portable for the PSP are $20.
Also, as a service announcement; it looks like Devil Survivor: Overclocked has sold out at most stores and is now being overcharged by the secondary market. Buyer beware.
