Sega Announces 7th Dragon 2020 for PSP

A long time ago, Sega made an announcement of an announcement, a laughable hype tactic that somehow excites the stupid masses. The game, predictably, turned out to be forgettable DS RPG 7th Dragon. Now, another game in the series is being made for PSP, this time taking place in Tokyo in the year 2020. Maybe someone should tell Sega that 2020 isn’t all that far away anymore? Here are screens.

Yakuza “To the End” website opens

Sega has opened a new plash page for an upcoming Ryu Ga Gotoku series (called Yakuza internationally). Not to be confused with the PSP game, this other new project is big on using the English words “The End.” Here you go.

Shining Force now on iPhone

The friggin’ iPhone continues to make a case for itself as a serious gaming platform, as Sega recently released the original Shining Force on the App Store. For $2.99, iPhone users can check out one of the most cherished pioneers of the strategy RPG subgenre.
